Physical laboratory

Upon entering the plant, inshell peanuts that come from the field are analyzed by the internal laboratory to determine the quality of the product (inshell peanuts). It is determined the physical quality such as foreign bodies, dust, the relation between grain-shell and grain quality, as moisture, damage percentage and aflatoxins. All these will define the treatment and destination in the subsequent stages.

During harvest months, more than 100 analysis per day are carried out. In addition a soil test is also performed.


We frequently receive external audits from Certifiers and prestigious companies worldwide with high standards of Food Safety and Quality, obtaining very favorable scores that reflect the effectiveness of the Food Safety and Quality System, resulting from the daily work of all the staff.

The products and processes carried out in the plant are fully controlled by trained personnel, in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The plant is also Kosher, Halal and FSCC 22000 certified.

Our products are previously analyzed by an external independent laboratory that certifies the quality and compliance of the product with the requirements of the client and country of destination.
