The production plants have received various recognitions and the work is carried out with advanced technology that allows for the exact calibration of the parameters of product manufacturing, as well as very precise controls regarding health aspects.
The Physical Laboratory analyzes each truck coming from the field with the task of determining the quality of the product (inshell peanuts), a condition that defines everything from the price to the final product it will be used for. During the harvest months, more than 100 analyses are carried out per day and a soil analysis services are also provided.
The Microbiology Laboratory analyzes the finished product, swab of inputs, equipment, hands and environmental plates. Our modern equipment allows us to carry out an adequate monitoring of the quality and safety of the product.
The Quality Control Laboratory monitors the process ensuring that it is running by the defined parameters for each product, in compliance with internal
standards or those required by customers. To achieve better quality, we apply critical point control systems (HCCP).
We frequently receive external audits from Certifiers and prestigious companies worldwide with high standards of Food Safety and Quality, obtaining very favorable scores that reflect the effectiveness of the Food Safety and Quality System, resulting from the daily work of all the staff.
The products and processes carried out in the plant are fully controlled by trained personnel, in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. The plant is also Kosher, Halal and FSCC 22000 certified.
Our products are previously analyzed by an external independent laboratory that certifies the quality and compliance of the product with the requirements of the client and country of destination.
